Job Description:
The PPC Specialist will work collaboratively with our team to build, manage, optimize, and evolve our PPC and Social Ad client accounts. Driving quality conversions for our clients through Google Ads and Social Media Ads is at the heart of this role. As a PPC Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven strategies, continuously monitoring and optimizing campaigns, and providing expert guidance to both clients and internal teams.
Your role extends beyond the day-to-day management of campaigns. You will be expected to uncover actionable insights, develop innovative processes, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our clients' digital marketing efforts. This will involve close collaboration with various departments, such as web development and client success, to ensure a comprehensive approach to PPC and Social Ads.
As a PPC Specialist, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape, staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices. You will leverage this knowledge to create compelling ad copy, optimize landing pages, and develop targeted keyword strategies that maximize ROI for our clients.
Essential Functions:
The PPC Specialist will be expected to know the ins and outs of PPC and Social Ads campaigns and how to best execute them.
- Pay-per-click strategy: Develop and execute data-driven PPC strategies using keyword analysis, A/B testing, and campaign optimization. Uncover actionable insights to maximize ROI and continuously monitor campaigns to ensure alignment with client goals.
- Landing page optimization: Collaborate with development teams to create new and optimize existing landing pages for maximum PPC conversions. Provide strategic guidance and direction for landing page development across various content management systems, such as WordPress, HighLevel, Unbounce, and Webflow, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and best practices.
- Understanding of Google Suite: Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the full range of Google products, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Gmail, and Google Drive.
- Keyword Research: Conduct in-depth keyword research to inform new and existing PPC campaigns. Monitor search term trends and utilize tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner to identify high-value opportunities. Develop and implement new campaigns from the ground up based on keyword research findings.
- Campaign Reporting: Monitor and speak to monthly performance reports on clients' Facebook and Google Ads campaigns, focusing on KPIs. Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing business intelligence dashboards to monitor campaign status, troubleshoot as needed, measure success, and provide data-driven updates and recommendations to client success managers.
- Ad Copy Creation: Craft engaging, positive, and authentic ad copy for Google Ads and Facebook Ads, adhering to best practices and platform-specific constraints. Develop ad content that highlights the unique selling propositions and differentiators of client accounts. Write compelling landing page copy that maximizes visitor engagement and leverages quality score opportunities.
- Client Communication: Lead PPC and social ads discussions during client kick-off calls, onboarding meetings, and other client interactions as needed. Provide expert guidance and support to the client success team and other departments when client communications involve PPC and social ads topics, ensuring clear and effective communication of strategies and recommendations.
- Data Analyzation: Examine PPC campaign data to uncover actionable insights that inform strategy and drive the development of new processes. Implement these processes efficiently to enhance clients' PPC performance continuously.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Google Ads Certified
- 2+ years Google Ads experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Marketing, Website Development, Digital Media, etc.)
