The Wonderist Branding Process
Step One
Kickoff Call
Your Designer and Project Manager will welcome you to the branding process with a kickoff call. The goal of this call is to get to know you, understand the vision for your practice, and identify a few directions for your brand.
Step Two
Round 1
Concept & Ideate
During Round 1 presentations, we’ll explore visual directions that our team has brought to life through design. Your feedback will help the Designer focus in on Round 2.
Step three
Round 2
revise & refine
We’ll hone in on your favorite logos, colors, and font styles, creating options that blend all your favorite features. Feedback on Round 2 helps us finalize details.
Step Four
Round 3
Choose Your Logo
Your final round of logos is the culmination of discussion, concepts, brainstorming, and feedback! We’ll present your Round 3 logos and offer live edits, aiming for your approval by the end of the call.
Step One

Your Designer, Project Manager, and Copywriter will welcome you to the branding process with a Kickoff Call. The goal of this call is to get to know you, understand the vision for your practice, and identify a few directions for your brand.

Practice Naming & Tagline
Round 1
Your Copywriter will then present a variety of names and taglines. The goal is to hone in on a few favorites so we can create iterations and vet the finalists.
Step three
Practice Naming & Tagline
Round 2
Round 2 will incorporate your feedback and show a few winning practice name and tagline combinations that project the brand message you’d like to send to your audience. Once you pick the winning pair, we can get started on your logo!

Branding
Round 1: Concept & Ideate

Your final round of logos is the culmination of discussion, concepts, brainstorming, and feedback! We’ll present your Round 3 logos and offer live edits, aiming for your approval by the end of the call.
The Ivory Dental Co.
The Ivory Dental Co. came to Wonderist in search of a fresh, youthful logo for their practice. With an incredible contemporary vision and stunning office aesthetic, Dr. Bridge Sweeny requested a logo with a botanical, modern, and clean vibe that would bring young professionals and families to her practice.
Round 1
Concept & Ideate
The Wonderist Designer presented a variety of logos with several concept buckets, which included an “Indoor Plantscape”, “Mid-Century Bold”, and “Hotel Lobby” concept bucket. Dr. Sweeny preferred the “Mid-Century Bold” direction and requested to see more iterations based on the second design within that concept bucket.
Round 2
revise & refine
Round 2 iterated on the format of the Round 1 favorite, but also introduced a wide array of colors and font choices. Dr. Sweeny selected her favorite font and icon style before asking to see a few more variations and colors.
Round 3
logo selection
Round 3 carried through the teams’ favorite icons and font styles in a few ways. Some final additional color choices were also presented. This round is where the client chose a final logo and color palette.

Approval & Export
The result was an airy set of logos that featured botanical elements, a subtle geometric arc, a playfully modern typography pairing, and earth tone colors to bring calm to patients.
